Seabee is customer-focused and concentrates on providing cost-effective solutions to the customer's problems by working closely with the customer one-on-one. Our goal is to help our customers develop the best products for their markets by working closely with them from design to production.

Being able to offer engineering, manufacturing, specialty chrome finishing and foundry capabilities - all under one roof - is a rare combination in today's business environment. But it is this very combination that distinguishes Seabee from its competitors. Serving the industry since 1978, Seabee utilizes the latest technology, materials, manufacturing processes, computer-aided design, quality inspection and engineering techniques. Seabee is a specialist in the design and manufacture of custom hydraulic cylinders, and offers a full capacity cast steel foundry pouring 2 - 2,000 pound castings, as well as a state-of-the-art chrome plating facility.

Seabee serves the largest equipment manufacturers in the world by offering 2" - 27" bore hydraulic cylinders, pressure ratings up to 10,000 PSI, and strokes to 35' on single-stage applications. All hydraulic cylinders are designed to meet the customer's specific application and 100% tested before shipping. Seabee offers custom-engineered hydraulic cylinder solutions for construction, forestry, agricultural equipment, material handling, defense, instrumentation, truck cranes, aerial work platforms and other diverse applications.

Seabee Chrome offers grinding, induction hardening, chrome plating and other custom finishing processes. With one of the largest inventories of processed specialty steel found anywhere in the United States, Seabee stocks a wide variety of chrome-plated tubing and bars, ground tubing and bars, and honed tubing as well as raw material in many sizes.

The Seabee Foundry offers a complete in-house pattern shop, twelve 1-ton electric induction furnaces, and metallurgical services.  Seabee castings can eliminate the worry of troublesome weldments, reduce the need for expensive machining, as well as reproduce intricate designs quickly and efficiently. The Seabee Foundry also offers heat-treating and some machining capabilities.
